With colour, it’s personal preference so it comes down to what you like. I chose white because I thought it looked sleek. The good thing is you have different options to choose from!
I’m stoked on my new Dime 3s! I see people talking about how bad they are but I’m not sure why. Of course they can’t compare with buds from the big guns that cost 4x as much! But for &30 these sound excellent! Light, comfortable and the 3 eq settings work fine. I was surprised with the bass mode and how good it is. Plenty of bass listening to Too Short songs!! The Dime 3s are a big improvement over the Dime 2s that I have due to the EQ and 8 hour battery life. 🔊🔊👍🏽😁🔥🔥
Honestly, I couldn’t agree more. A lot of people tend to forget that these earbuds are so cheap. For the price and what they have to offer, they are a steal
So I had no issues with latency on my Switch apart from playing the Mega Man x Collection…that issue is still there. For the slight delay on my iPad, I can’t really answer anymore. I switched to playing Genshin on my PS Portal and have since deleted the app from my iPad. Hopefully someone else can answer better then I could 😂
The ANC works well and it performs much better than other earbuds in this price point (eg: Skullcandy Rail, Jabra Elite 4 Active, Beats Studio Buds, etc). After my tests, I don’t believe it’s as good as advertised but it’s good enough to get the job done
I would have to say the Mods due to the overall sound signature. It’s a much cleaner sound, it’s louder, and comes with the custom EQ to really crank the bass. The Dime 3 do have a bass boost mode. But still, I would say the Mod
Hi, i am new to the channel, So according to you the ANC is not so good with the mid-range noises? I am planning to buy these looking for some good ANC for study, do you think that it’s worth the price?
That’s correct! In my tests, those mid range noises snuck their way through. I do want to clarify that’s with music off. Once you have music playing, you don’t really notice those external noises. I do believe they perform much better than other earbuds in that price point (eg: Skullcandy Rail, Jabra Elite 4 Active, Beats Studio Buds, etc). Honestly, I think they’re great earbuds
My pause feature almost never works using these daily for almost a month paired with iPhone 15 pro max and iPad Pro M2. That’s my chief complaint about these earbuds.
Amazing and honest review my Internet speeds are 300 Mb down and around 20 Mb. Upload, so I do not have any issues with my portal when I'm using it It has run smooth like butter
@AdventureswithCC I actually subscribed to your channel. And I will be honest with you. Those type of download speeds are very expensive. They charge me $60 a month. Well that's what they supposed to charge me Bud. I ended up getting the internet under my mom's name because she's an elderly woman. I live and take care of her. So she gotta elderly woman on medical discount. So I pay $23 which is not bad and believe me. My experience is very, very amazing and smooth. What those type of download speeds? The only place where I do feel it. With all honesty is when I'm using the bathroom and I take it in there with me, you do feel the little heccup, because the routers in the living room and the waves have to travel through several walls, but other than that it works fabulous and I'm also using one of the best. Offerings from Net gear a nighthawk router. And when you step into that high speed realm, the portal runs amazing
I’ll be honest with you, I haven’t had the chance to test the JBLs so I can’t give a proper suggestion. So, I’ll say get whatever you can get a better deal on
The Dime 3 are rated to have 8 hours of play back with an additional 12 hours with the case. I do go more into detail in my full review though, if you wanted to check it out!
i love these earbuds but i have a huge problem, when im using even just 1 its hard to hear around me and listen to music at the same time. i also just dont like the transparent mode
I had the exact same issue with my pair. I said it in my review but music has to be at a very low volume in order to be able to hear my surrounds with Transparency mode on. Hopefully they can fix it in the future
Ive had these for about two weeks i love the sound and the comfort they’re definitely worth the price. I had no idea how the buttons worked until i found this video I’ve just been violently tapping at the headphone with no response haha
the most terrible headphones I can think of for $300 is the Bose QC Earbuse II since there is no way to connect to the MacBook Pro, a lot of attempts have been made how can you hear the speakers of the MacBook Pro playing but the headphones cannot connect to, also a big problem with the fact that the headphones are discharged when they are in the case when you want to listen to music or you are suddenly going to go for a run to get your headphones on the way you will be notified that the headphones are discharged and their charge is less than 10% although the headphones were in the case and they should have been charging!! ! The service not responding to resolve the above issue!!!!!!!
On my first listen, they do have substantially more bass than other open ear earbuds I’ve tested. I wouldn’t call it heavy per se. But I still have a lot more testing to do. I’ll have a more concrete answer when I post my review!
hey I just got the skullcandy rail, an upgrade from my og indy's but Im wondering form anyone who can answer this, why are these things so damn loud? its so brutally loud that it hurts to even listen to the Bluetooth lady telling you the battery percentage. the minimum volume (6 percent) on these things is around 75 percent volume on the original indy's, around 35 percent volume is so loud it is louder than full on music concerts, leaving your ears ringing, and max is so bloody loud that its similar volume to my phones speaker at around 20 percent. I tried multiple devices connected to this, i updated the firmware on the iq app, im sure these arent faulty buds so why is everyone ok with the fact that these things are louder than aipod pros max volume at just 40 percent volume? like these will seriously make you deaf within minutes at max volume, if the speakers dont fry first.
That’s actually very odd. I never had this issue with my pair. In fact, compared to all the other earbuds I’ve test the Rail had a ‘normal’ volume level. I didn’t feel like they too loud or deafening. Maybe I’m losing my hearing 😂 the only thing I could think of was that it may be a software issue but it sounds like you’ve done all your troubleshooting. Perhaps try exchanging them for another pair or contact Skullcandy?
@@AdventureswithCC I Haven't tried another pair of rails but I doubt that is would be a manufacturing issue because the chance of assembling two earbuds incorrectly, yet identically is very low. thanks for the feedback tho.
I've had mine for about a month and it is the best keyboard I've ever used. I thought someone would have to pry my Logitech K750 solar from my cold, dead hands, but after a few days of using the JLAB keyboard, I stopped missing the Logitech. Best keyboard ever. Got it for 60 bucks at Best Buy. Can't beat that.
It’s funny that you mentioned that, I was just thinking about the repairs for this the other day. I wonder if Sony will come out with a simpler solution
I just bought the portal. Play this thing in bed more than I do by walking 10 feet and playing my console. The portal is a game changer. Only had it a short time and traveled with it a few times. Been a little bit laggy at times.
