This villa was by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed. It looks nothing like the video advertised. Upon entering, we were greeted by an overpowering stench from the toilets, which hadn't even been flushed. Despite asking the caretaker to clean them again, the issue persisted. The bathtub was filthy, with cement-like stains that the caretaker claimed were permanent. The shower heads were broken, and the bed sheets were stained, full of holes, and smelled terrible. It was clear the light switches hadn’t been cleaned in years. The food plates were chipped and stained, and the sofa had a hole with a nail sticking out, which injured my husband when he sat down. Additionally, access to the pool is locked after 7 p.m., essentially confining guests to the villa, with only the main door available for entry or exit. No music is allowed after 10 p.m. as the property is located next to a temple. Overall, this villa was a major disappointment, and I strongly advise against booking it.

Had a very bad experience. We had visited them on 31/8/2024 on my Birthday, I must share that the experience was rather appalling. I agree that the resort looks very aesthetic but that's pretty much it. The list of cons is exhaustive. Firstly, this is not a beach hotel, as shown in the location. Below are some of the genuine issues/concerns we had while our stay in the resort/hotel. Not satisfied at all. Not up to the mark and not in line with their reals as shown in their Instagram handle. Very disappointed experience due to the some of the reasons as described below: 1. The location is 150 metres from the connecting road, and there is no sign board after getting on to the internal road. Approach road was not good. There were lot of big sizes stones on the road near to your resort. So, who will be responsible/compensate if car got damaged. 2. Very Limited breakfast spread. Only Medu vada sambar, upma, normal bread butter (no toasted bread was served), egg omelette, tea was provided. No juice available , no toast bread. 3. Some Serious electrical/Light issues in our balcony and bathroom. There was some fire in the Room balcony just one days before my stay. The Balcony light and fan got damaged/were not working. Only one light was working in the bathroom. Hence, it was very low/dim light/darkness in the bathroom. Bathroom door lock broken. The bathroom door of #204 doesn't even get closed, forget locking it, the latch does not work. If these are the serious electrical/wiring issues in the balcony and bathroom then still, why they had taken the bookings of the said room and allocated the same to me without resolving all the said issues first. They should not have accepted the bookings without solving the issues. 4. Windows and doors are not soundproof; even a slight noise note can be heard clearly. Wind, rain, people playing outside, swimming, etc.-you won't get sound sleep for sure. Continuous water leaks from taps will irritate you. 5. From their Instagram reels, they had represented that there is direct access to the beach from your resort but that’s not the case. We used to drive to the beach from car. It’s not walkable. The walkable road to beach from their resort was closed/entry has been restricted. 6. Ice cubes was not provided. I checked with the manager in the morning itself in advance whether it can be arranged in the evening, and he confidently said yes, he will provide me. But when I asked him in the evening time, he said Ice cubes not available anywhere in the market since last 2 days. He did not even inform me in advance from his side that it’s not available so I would have made some alternative arrangements. 7. In their rules and regulations as shared by them only, it was mentioned that no food or drinking allowed around the pool side, but many groups of people were drinking near pool or even inside pool as well. Also, no one were following the swimming pool timings as well. I see many peoples were using pool even late night which was annoying to others. They had mentioned in their rules, swimming consumes are mandatory, but many boys were using the swimming pool without even wearing t-shirt/top and were drinking liquor which will make uncomfortable to others. 8. Our Stay was for Rs. 6.5 k which is totally not worth it. I would not recommend spending such a huge amount for such a property. Room worth is not more than 3-3.5k.

I will take a note of this and will try to convey the same to Resort management so they can better things for future guests. 🙏🏻
It is inside the premises of Holiday Maiyaan only, there is small way right next to the restaurant, i guess if you ask the maiyaan staff they can help you figure it out ☺️
Basically I have observed that whatever prices are showing are not real every time. Woh kahawat hai na, Hathi ke daant khane ke aur hote hai aur dikhane ke aur...
You should have one more observation sir, the prices were same when the video was uploaded, later once the season change, prices vary, it is very common in hospitality industry. everybody knows that so you should also know that.
@@chopmunchrepeat I totally agree with your statement but at same time you should've also not misguide your viewer who is spending time and watching your videos for best deals. You should always show the disclaimer mentioning that the packages shown in the videos are off-season tariffs.

Now about the disclaimer, kindly read the description of this video carefully, it is already mentioned just like all our videos that these price may vary subject to seasons and availabilities. Facilities saare hote hai but lights nahi hote due to which they are left unused . Loadshedding hota hai in rainy season. Agar ye avoid Kiya toh sab class hai vo property mein
Yes actually pure Karjat me hi Loadshedding ka bohot issue hai, they have kept Inverters so complete blackout nahi hota but once in a blue moon the current can fluctuate 👍🏻
