Just like every art it's an entertainment side for people to watch,it's more a demonstration for the eyes just like any other things, it shows how artistic can martial be.. and that doesn't mean it's simply of showiness .. everyone train so hard to get where they and so does they.. they really are strong.... Respect to you dear folks❤
The funny thing when you say the dance part of it is that if you watch breakdancing from the United States you see the similarities in the Jenga I might be saying it wrong but the steps where they move side to side that's like a b-boy dance and if you dig deeper in the Carolinas Georgia and Florida the United States have their own form of capoeira called knocking and Kicking (yuna onse) which was practicing secret but actually evolved into more of a dance like the Lindy Hop and the Charleston where a lot of flipping spinning on the ground had became dance moves performed by the African-American community so if you look at the similarities between both of them you will notice that there isn't that much different and you can probably find knocking and kicking in secret societies through the Carolinas
