I'm getting a 300 meter registered plot for 1.65 cr. Should I purchase right now or wait because the Authority is launching 2000 plot scheme next month. Prices of these financer plots will further go down.

Most of the plot owners havent seen their plots (including many friends & relatives of mine).. till now, its a hyped destination .. the middle or upper class owners of these 2cr plus plots cant even think in dreams of staying there
Sir, I don't agree as there is no hype. We call on 100 of sellers daily basis with ready token but only limited owners are interested to sell. YEIDA is purely for investment for next 4 to 5 years, you can easily make money here. Regarding development, it's there and in progress but slow as area is too big.
Sir this area will be another Vasant Vihar of Delhi .Once airport starts than see other developments will automatically will start .now we hv to just wait for another 6months
YEIDA will remain barren land .. even after 15 years of first allotment, not a single permanent house constructed.. Hardly 1% completion construction.. pure investors which may make the areas unhabitable for another 10-15 years
Are you talking about 400 permanent house meant for middle class staying ? It's joke of the century dear.. These must be completion house to save penalty & only labor class can stay there .. 400 is just one percent of 40000 plots allotted till now by YEIDA...
GN took more than 25-30 year's to reach where it is today still it's not fully developed and not much public is living there.... Yamuna expressway will take minimum 20+ year's to develop and still we are not sure if public will settle there.

There are very less number of registered 7% plots available in yeida at the moment. It may take next couple of years to see more 7% registered plots in yeida
It has started in I & J pocket and it will be provided in all pockets going forward, there is no timeline but will be done soon where possession are given.
My daughter and I have applied for a plot in this scheme My question is if I am is co applicant in this application form then can i apply separately apply for another plot

Sir kya mei 2 application form bhar sakta hu first husband wife joined mei second 19 year son ke naam or agar dono hi draw mei nikalne par kya mei dono plot buy kar sakta hu
