I'm just going to be posting random videos here revolving around video game collecting and some of the cool things I've acquired over the years. Give me a follow if that interests you!
Not a single style savvy game lol jk, my collection is about half of urs, there are a few that I'm missing but I have the more expensive titles, a lot of great games on the console, too many to find time to beat as an adult
Thank you for uploading this in high quality! ^w^ With the Wii being my favorite retro console and this trailer being one of my favorite reveal trailers ever, it's nice to finally see gaming history in a higher quality than that 2006 ƈʀʊռƈɦʏ ʋɨɖɛօ զʊǟʟɨȶʏ.
I got about 50 games now, started collecting more recently. A lot of your games seem hard to come by or expensive now :) I am currently enjoying the Shinobi 3DS game, it's really fun and the stereo 3D works so nicely on the New 3DS. My only problem is that my wrist hurts after a while, I would prefer the 2DS form factor with a "New" processor, but alas the New 2DS also has the clamp shell design. The homebrew scene really elevates my excitement for the 3DS further. Been also watching youtube on that thing yesterday, it works nicely. I also did not play a lot of those games for lack of time and having to work as an adult etc.
I actually looked up my store and apparently they have limited light blue edition! Too bad it is too pricey for me and I'm unable to buy it... It's still on store though! For full package they cost like 33 usd or something (converted from 1200thb), the one with remote only is only 6usd (200 thb).
This is a great video, I feel like this channel could grow a lot if you cleaned up your voiceover (just taking out some of the empty space, filler words, etc in your editing software)
Don’t forget that the GBA SP AGS101 (brighter screen version) and the GBA Micro were released 1 year later than the OG Nintendo DS (the one you have), so your screen comparison are biased.
While I get Nintendo were calling the DS, the "third pillar" just in case the DS failed, it was still weird to have what was basically previous gen hardware have better screens than the brand new system for a good few months.
@@danielvillanueva3792 I understand what you were saying but I never said either the AGS 101 or GB Micro were released before the DS. I said they were basically last-gen hardware at the time. It would be like if Nintendo released a new DS revision after the 3DS came out that had better screens. I just think it's weird for the "new gen" hardware to be inferior even if the revisions come out after.
@@NaveedCollects just take the L bro, it is pro consumer that Nintendo released upgraded version of last gen hardware just before releases the NDS Lite in 2006.
That DS phat box says "Coming Soon! Yoshi's Balloon Trip" on the back xD Nowadays they never promise stuff so early like that. Also whoa that copy of personal trainer cooking is Not for Resale! They made a special print of the game just for this bundle!?
Touch generations is a really weird section of Nintendo’s family era. I find myself always buying weird peripherals and games to see their full merit and many of them are actually really handy!
I've always been so curious how Nintendo chose their Touch Generation games especially towards the end of that campaign. Like Rhythm Heaven and Elite Beat Agents don't feel like they belong at all. And Hotel Dusk also feels weird although that's a LITTLE more fitting.
Reminds me of how my mom's friends once got a DS specifically for a language learning game. The game ended up not being all that good, so she just gave the DS to her daughter after a few weeks, and she then just gave the game to me.
The only one I'm missing past 2006 is 2009. Really wish I could find that one but it eludes me haha. I've only seen the books from before 2006 pop up like once or twice. But yeah these books are so cool and I can't wait to do videos on the rest of the ones I have.
@@k0656 Yeah I saw that one just now too but I don't think I'm willing to pay the asking price when the dude has 3 of them lol. The last one I see that sold on Japanese Mercari sold for around 70 USD
Kept my eyes peeled for hanafuda cards and it paid off! Thank you so much for showing off such a rare and expensive collector's item for everyone to see ^^
Think about it Somewhere (probably at Nintendo) *all* of those prototype wiimotes featured in the reveal, even if they aren't functional, are still in existence Like, isn't that wild
I've seen this ad several times before but now that the video isn't blurry 2006 video quality, what stuck out to me was all the Wiimote and nunchuk colours! Everyone has a different one, which is interesting cuz they totally dropped that by the time the system came out, I wonder why. Also I noticed there seems to be extra letters next to the "a" and "b" buttons, which is different from the prototype wiimotes you usually see online. Thanks so much for uploading this, it's cool to notice all these things ^^
Recently modded my small New 3ds and confirmed what I was already 90% certain was a top ips screen, but jumped for joy when it also showed the bottom screen to be an ips one as well. Got it refurbished from gamestop years ago and it came with those same mario maker faceplates you showed off in the video (which imo are the best face plates by a LARGE margin, that shade of yellow with the bursting colors from the sprites against the beige white of the console? MWAH. Chef’s kiss😩👌🏼) Wish I could shake hands with the poor sucker that had to sell this mythical unicorn of a unit
I need to close youtube always find nintendo stuff to buy ahahha Ao the wii have only 4 color variants, but a lot of wiimote variants... it's a shame there isn't a zelda wii gold or transparent like N64
You know I have heard so many times that the original 3ds got screen scratches when closing but I bought one at launch and played the sht out of it and it NEVER got those scratches and looking at it today (yep still have it) there's still no scratches. At this point I play my launch *News 3ds still every day. I do have the smaller *new 3ds as well (I have the animal crossing happy homemaker one and a few other faceplates.). I still have every version of the DS/3DS that I always bought at launch (does not include all the special editions...). I did trade in my small DSi and my original grey DS but the others I have kept.
