I am from the Uk and have been in the restaurant biz for 20 years.
Working in Michelin stars, celebrity hotspots to private houses in the Swiss Alps, I Just love food.When I was little mum said I would wave my hands around in the air with excitement about my dinner and essentially I still do that now but maybe it's more of a wiggle.

I want to teach you the things you would love to know how to cook to impress your pals or make a quick scrummy weekday dinner quickly.
I am always up for using whats in the cupboards, whats left over in the fridge, whats seasonal at the time and mostly whats affordable. With a few little tricks you can make all these things taste del-icious.
