i got this keyboard & really want to mod it but im worried about breaking the mode switch.. is it easy to break or is it just about being careful? the way people talk about it, they make it sound like its very fragile lol
wait what the fuck, I just built this and ive just seen this video today. I used the lk67 with matcha keycaps just as u did, AND THE SAME PLACEMENT FOR THE BOBA, ICE CREAM, COOKIE THING KEYCAPS WTF
Hey, i was looking at buying the mizu keycaps but then I noticed something and just wanted to make sure I'm correct? Do these keycaps block the LED coming out from the letter or is the LED still visible. Thank You
I purchased a set of akko asa keycaps but i wasnt a fan of a couple things. The legends are kind of big and centered, and also the sound profile sounded a bit more hollow? or rattly? not sure. Its mostly preference based gripes so i ended up returning my set. Quality wise, they were really high quality for the money you pay for.
Can someone please help me ? I don´t know if I buy the wireless or wired version of this keyboard, the seller says the wireless don´t work with VIA software, and I can´t customize RGB lights on the Wireless version...
Is it just me, or does that enter key sound really oddly scratchy or loud? I have a similar issue on a few of my boards, and I can’t figure out what it is for the life of me I don’t feel like it’s a stabilizer issue I didn’t get a good look, but was this a universal plate? I have the issue more on that than the same keyboard I have with an ANSI plate
@@jessicaho19 yeh they’re all 205g0 & holee, and only one has the issue It doesn’t really sound like the stabilizer because moving the key slowly has no stab noise, neither does tapping the keycap, and none of the others have a similar sound (obvious just one can be untuned, but it seems unlikely to the degree that it’s happening)
Nice vid. Sonnet seems a little pricey for what it is at this point, but that just shows how far the hobby has come because at one point Mode keyboards were like Benz’s from what I understand Plus, paying a little extra to have all the parts come together and be readily available is fine in my eyes. Getting things in a GB is a pretty big barrier to entry
It still can be pricey depending on the options that you choose for sure! But the beauty is that you have the option to control how much you spend on the board.
Really great video! Would would be an easy way to make this board more silent whilst retaining a good typing experience? In terms of beginner mods. Thanks!
