not bad. just a tip though. flux coils are for buffer fits. with active tank you wanna be using capacitor power relays. also incomming damage is damage locked. guaristas are kinetic. so any other resist modules are pointless. your beter off increasing drone speed and application speeding up your clear times and reducing time on grid. (risk). ishtar has a very high kinetic resist as stock. realisticly you need no resistence mods. armor tanking is even beter because it give you mid slots for drone comps omni directional tracking links etc. you can still get 3x damage mods on easily. also armor has no signiture bloom so regardless of how slow it is it sig tanks pretty well. kinetic armor hardener, adc and reper with 3x damage mods lows. 2x omnidirectional tracking links and a prop in mid. that way you have 0 speed penalties for armor tanking and have the smallest possible signiture.

Just watched your series, filamented my black ops and a covert cyno legion into null, and within two hours got a Tuvans spawn in fountain. 3.6B profit. I think I used all of my luck for the year
I once found Cormack Vaaja after i decided i want to hunt officers. In literally 20minutes of warping around the one system i found him. I had no idea how to kill it so i called some random officer hunter i found in intel channel, he came in widow i thnik, killed it and we split loot equally. I profited 800m from this edevour and also got the tag. I treasure this tag to this day (this happened like 5 years ago). I never again tried to hunt officers after this one.
It's surprising this guy finds so many officer spawns when he spends all his time rambling instead of getting to the point. One of those mysteries of life, I guess.
Am I the only person enjoy mining I heard most of them saying mining is boring maybe these people have never played games that need grinding like crazy. You can play PUBG if you want to play shoot and win. MMO are and has to be grind just my opinion.

Im subscribeing hoping youre going to post more about officer spawns. Just watched all your videos and its nice to see. Played eve for years and no one talks about how officer spawns actually work how to find them or how to kill them. You nailed a gem on content. Also, i am a father too, and am glad to support!
As someone who routinely kills officers, your conspiracy theories are fucking hillllarious to me. To even begin to think that CCP has some obscure system where you can influence officer spawns by doing xyz is giving credit to a point where its absurd. These videos are awesome! Thank you so much for sharing what you know. I do have a question on when you say NPC null if you mean areas like syndicate, venal, curse, ECT or any sov null? I have been doing a lot of digging and it does seem that in places like venal or curse almost all of the officers spawn there. But I never see any officer kills in syndicate and mostly in fountain... Thoughts?
You are a LIAR! I see in your video you missed to censorship a celestial. You are in L7-APB system in Fountain region. That is a Security Level -0.24. In your videos you said to go for systems lower then -0.85. You are DISINFORMANT towards your audience!

I have been stuck on mission 2 on agent mission of mining it's says u have to mine 7500 of augumene and submit to me whenever i got there it didn't mine its says unknown and you can't mine and all helo me plz
Rattlesnake - I do actively belt rat but I push more for the dread spawns and when I do get those faction dread spawns I pray I get those BPC cap boosters but only once I ever got a officer spawn it was a Brokara and didn't drop any purple loot but made still like 400M from the faction modules, I don't rat in NPC space but more null sec systems that is -0.9 so I frequently get those dread spawns and the occasional titan spawns but I will apply these habits and will keep at it, I do run 2 chars going up and down the list so maybe im just over doing it and need to calm down but yea that's just my experience belt ratting... Oh and those mineral droppers are fantastic as well but a pain to haul. but one day maybe I will go to NPC space and start setting up there.
@@MrMomPlaysHm. The Fit you've posted in your other Video with XL SB reps appr. 122 HP/s. A Guristas Dread will shoot 9180 hp Kinetic every 6 sec. Which is, subtracted the resistences, 1010 per shoot or 168 hp per Sec. I am wondering, how the Ishtar can survive that ....
@@mostinterestingclips a lil late but remember its firing xl missiles at you, and damage from missiles is depended on explosion velocity and explosion radius, and the latter is a big thing, it just can do full dps on a ishtar thats what 140 ish meters, where as xl torp has one of 10 Kilometers or the 6 kilometers of cruise missile
@@mostinterestingclips He used a glitch. He never ran the site without using the glitch so his Ishtar probably would never output enough DPS to break its tank.
It didnt explain anything, probably cause the guy does not know what he is doing or how all this works. Looks more like a reproduction of a bug that was shared somewhere. I dont think that "your boy" has any valuable knowledge to share.
He explained the fit in another video, like he said at the beginning. This is not a bug. This is almost identical to how to kill an infested carrier in drones.
This didn't work for me. I think there's a new bug where pals can't pick up/break apart stacks bigger than 5, which farms sometimes drop, causing all the pals to try to pick them up, which they can't.
