I'm sure this is a long shot but I have this topper and and I'm trying to find the replacement seals for the 3 lift up windows if you could point me in the direction of a kit or something it would be much appreciated
And here we are 10 years later and not once any attempt made on a video with audio you could actually hear what the fuck was said. Imagine if this was the only video available for once again what ever the fuck it is about. The people would be fucked cause you can't hear what the fuck is being said without damage to your ears. Good thing cause this only meant you people didn't know what the fuck you were talking about.
I purchased the retrax EQ so I can use the app and truck key fob to operate the bed cover. One thing they don’t tell you is app will not work if your truck has automatic side steps, doesn’t matter if they are factory installed or aftermarket. If Retrax would have advertised the bed cover this way I would not have purchased this bed cover. I would have went with the cheaper version. Called retrax and waiting to hear back from them. Will update once issue has been resolved.
Just had a new Lear XR installed on my new ‘24 Ram 1500 yesterday. Today I went thru the car wash and it’s leaking on one side…. Underneath the windows I assume since I didn’t see any water coming down from the top of the windows. What is the probable cause? Bad installation ( from a topper dealer) … or the windows on the topper itself that are the problem?
I've come to the conclusion these t-handle latches are a real piece of $#it. I put lubricant in it and left it for a few days.....several months ago, and it worked great then. Put a baggie over it to keep it clean. Well guess what. Again I can't get the key in.
Have they made these any more reliable these days? The JL Wrangler forums absolutely bashes them for their terrible reliability and poor customer service.
I'd love to get one of these, but I wish the company sold them as a self-installed kit at a firm price instead of a quote to get it fitted and installed from a company

That's a lot of work and hassle. One would think that would be made better than that. Glad I found this, tho. I've been fighting mine for months. It would open, I would take the hey out, 1 hour later the key won't go in.
Purchased a used Leer topper and have waited several weeks for parts. First wrong parts were sent then reordered and now, 4 weeks for delivery. Excuses after excuses. I still have a terrible feeling about parts.Guess Canadians are treated differently

It's a shame that these seat covers are not able to get traction like Carhartt seat covers and covercraft it's like these big companies make it so the small companies can't do shit! The seat covers are basically just like Carhartt
