Ever since he first hit the road 40 years ago, blues-rock guitar virtuoso Tinsley Ellis has grown his worldwide audience one scorching performance at a time. Armed with blazing, every-note-matters guitar skills and scores of instantly memorable original songs, Ellis has traveled enough miles, he says, "to get to the moon and back six times." He's released 17 previous solo albums, and has earned his place at the top of the blues-rock world. His imaginative songs tell stories of common, shared experiences in uncommon ways, all fueled by his high-octane, infectious, hard-rocking guitar playing. Live, Ellis has captivated and amazed fans in all 50 United States, as well as in Canada, all across Europe, Australia and South America. Vintage Guitar says, "He delivers blistering blues-rock, soul romps, minor-key blues, and shuffles-and it all sounds great." The Chicago Sun-Times says, "It's hard to overstate the raw power of his music."

Tinsley -- You nailed it -- I think the best thing you EVER did, I I've been listening to since 1979 when I moved home to Atlanta -- Keep it going, Tinsley -- like when you and Hubert Sumlin did "I Should Have Quit You" in that downstairs club in New York about twenty years ago,,,,,,,paul knox
I go see Tinsley every time he comes to town especially when he plays the Coach House, best venue ever... have all his albums too. He kills it every time! What a great guitarist, you can hear everything in his playing, from Robin Trower to Robert Johnson, with a voice like a harder edged BB King. Killer.
Just when I thought a great story telling Rock & Blues would never come again. Oh and the slide!! My heart thanks for sharing your soul with us!! Just WOW!
This Song is a Son House Master Piece! So this is What Happens When Most White Men Try to Play the Blues, Poor Timing, Adequate Voice , But No Soul or Real Emotional Content!
