Any realtor who gives any weight to the insanely manipulated “days on market” without adding the caveat that the number can reset multiple times, is intentionally misleading people. There are many homes that have sat on the market for one year or more that are listed as “25 days on market”. The same goes with the “average sale price”, which is usually skewed by the sale of 1 or more multimillion dollar homes. A serious crackdown needs to happen in the Canadian real estate industry as it is hard not to view this as corruption.

Read what those 3 consent orders were about, absolutely nothing shady. I’m a managing broker which means I’m vicariously liable for every administrative error. Missing initials, late deposits, etc. Read beyond the headlines my man. Look at the Google reviews, the consumers choice awards, or better yet, meet a person before you publicly call them shady smh
