I am trying to make a bot that will answer the phone, ask if they have questions (solve via knowledgebase) OR if they need to schedule an appointment and then trigger this make setup that way, but the pathway is a bit more confusing than the basic appointment shown here.
Make it extremely clear to everyone. Ai is and will be our beeeeetch admin assistant at best. Humans close humans. Period. I run 3 companies and people want human touch. Ai is for messaging or reminders. All tech geeks think sales change. Not a chance.

So I have the webhooks working. After the caller gives the information, The "booking " works, customer gets a success message and JUST before theyre cut off.... "we had an error" . Caller hangs up and the appointment shows in google. Thoughts?
But does it behave if you ask for something out of the ordinary? E.g. date changes, cancellations, or something unrelated like, e.g. do you provide service x, can you help me with x etc.? I suppose the AI can be set up to handle things like that?

I've done it, but it keeps scheduling times over other calendar events. I've checked, and it is receiving the data, but it doesn't seem to acknowledge that it's received it.

Nice, I have not heard of Chatling. I would love to code one of these using ChatGPT as the knowledge source. Eliminates the monthly fee and also would get rid of the branding. Any ideas on where to find how to do that?
I just ran across this video. It's great, very effectively and efficiently proves this idea out. I was really confused by the step the takes the dataframe and creates embeddings. My confusion was due to the fact that I could not see how the answer would be mapped to the question. I discussed the confusion with my friends ChatGPT and Claude and they both think the metadata keys should be adjusted, since they were both assigning to a key named "text". They both proposed this fix, wondering what anybody thinks: was: metadatas = [{ 'text': str(record['question']), 'text': str(record['answer']) } for j, record in batch.iterrows()] Suggested: metadatas = [{ 'question': str(record['question']), 'answer': str(record['answer']) } for j, record in batch.iterrows()]
I too have the same doubt. When I checked the metadata, it's only picking up the answer column, not the questions. Because of that no mapping is actually happening.
