love this pedal! not a bad tone in there and I wish my playing can unlock the full potential of this thang! I know it's based off of an 808 but it goes into the most beautiful and glorious singing tones! Just snagged an APii and a motorcycle! Hudson does some might fine work and I can't recommend them enough!! They're just great!
I borrowed one of those for a week....not even close in all honesty, I've got 2 of the real deals I can't live without, I bought both new when they were first availed, one is still in the packaging unopened and the baby I use is in pristine condition under perspex on my toy board....lucky little ol' me! ...the Edge didn't use the thing your showing here....he used the original only...nice try though.
I have a digitech drop pedal. Normally in a signal chain the drop has to be towards the beginning of the chain. In the gec9 am i able to put the drop pedal in any loop as long that it's in one of the first 6 loops, or does the drop pedal have to be in the first loop on the gec9?
I'm in love with the sound of this pedal. The Menatone Top Boost in a can and the BJFE Green Distortion Machine I think are the real contenders but something tell me this Chime is better. Is this pedal designed to connect it in the Power amp in?
My goodness! I'm so happy I found your video explaining about EQ. I've view many other videos, but your delivery is the best, it's educational, practical and entertaining at the same time. I'm pretty sure I'll be watching this video over and over again. There's just so much to take in in one sitting. Thank you so much for making this video. I'm actually using what I've learned from you to do some adjustments on my home Hifi 2way system. After trying out some of your advice, it's already sound much better than my original settings. Man. Been looking at comps for a while, but have never owned on, I think I like the sound of fet, and you can pick these up for about $100. Not ready to commit to something like a cali yet.
This is one of my favorite songs ever, I listen to it almost daily. You have done a wonderful job here, and I must say this is the best cover of this I've heard yet. I like how you really enjoyed the "It don't leave no shadow" part, I do as well 😂
thanks so much for this demo , ive been searching for electric that i can use / get a good acoustic sound as well. im thinking one of these starcasters w a good acoustic ir loader is heading in the right direction. maybe a filtertron in the neck pu as well. i like the starcaster is cool cause you get a different hollowbody sound outta these , not a regular jazzbox kinda sound.
