These are definitely beautiful cookies and very creative and the icing colors are just gorgeous but wouldn’t it be easier just to create an icing consistency that somewhere in the middle I like for me it’s easier just to make it more like a 15 to 20 Second consistency that way it’s not really runny but it’s not like thick piping consistency it’s it’s in the middle that way you can outline and flood it without switching bags I find that easier you know especially the smaller cookies then with huge or services of a bigger cooking where are you might need of a thicker border but I think for smaller ones it’s really not necessary in my opinion anyway but I could be wrong.
Ambos trajes de novia quedaron hermosos 💜 😍, elegantes y delicados. La felicito por su arte y arduo trabajo, muchas gracias por compartir en sus videos. ¡Dios bendice su arte!
Hi, Tavia. You can pipe them directly onto the cookie. Piping them onto the parchment paper is less committal. If you pipe directly onto the cookie and mess up, you have to scrape the icing off and it gets messy. If you pipe onto parchment paper, you can make a bunch of flowers and only put the best ones on the cookie. I hope this helps!
Yes, black icing can stain your mouth. Another option to consider is painting on top of the icing with The Sugar Art's Turkish Black Edible Paint Powder. It's way less likely to stain your mouth that way.
You could use water; however, it will dissolved the icing slightly, leaving the surface porous and somewhat dull compared to the alcohol. The link to the empty brush pen is my description just below the video.
