@@allweatherhaulage the tempo from the modular is sent to ableton live where all visuals are modulated with midi controllers. CV is not done yet but maybe in the future they will. This was the 2nd time with live visuals.
@@halfgeleider Super Cool. At some point I'm going to have to learn Ableton Live. I opened it up once and it reminded me of Windows 95 and then I went back to logic X. But so many people are using Ableton now. Anyways, it looked fantastic all together.
@@allweatherhaulageableton live comes in handy everywhere actualy, recording or playing visuals it is imediate and versatile. The biggest job though remains the patching, creating tracks on the rig and creating/preparing video material. Not everything is selfmade but most of it is shot with own camera's, even the cockpit view from the skies is unique content. Other more recognisable vintage stuff is searched for on video archives...
Boards of canada is my church, amongst others so there will always be some of it in my music but trying to give it my own feel to it... much appreciated.
I'm glad that people dig this, it will be on a full album somewhere this year maybe ( another full is coming this spring). Will also play this during a live set on a big system in the near future so curious how that's going to be... enjoy it, patch details on request.
Thanks, i find the sound lurking between Royksöpp and Tycho tbh.. not coming close in quality perhaps but the final version will probably end up on a full album
Lovely work ?!? This is amazing work..! Can only dream of composing stuff like this on modular. May need a bit more gear though... Excellent, just excellent.
