Why do people keep saying its a panic attack? Wouldn't that be fear taking over? That is an anxiety attack and they are actually far more different then people think

I don't know about Riley's panic attack but my past panic attacks made me shake the shit out of me. Like I'm having a seizure and I get sensory overload. No clue but I only got it twice and never had it again. 🤷🏽♀️ (I get it is a kid's show so I think it's better if they make it look calmer than the more severe ones)

In grade 3 I had a very bad panic attack (I'm on meds now ) in the hall as soon as I went in the door of the school cuz I was anxious to go to school then I had a sub and I fell crying on the floor and went home and was scared to go back to school then a few years latered i had very bad bullys and had more at every recess
