You never know what goes on behind the scenes. My grandfather was exactly like Ben. He set my father and I up for life. We live extremely well because of that man. If he didn't fuck with you he didn't like you. But he was a hard man to deal with. A real hard ass. He'd push too far because of his feeling and then regret it which made him push harder. Ben is an almost exact representation of my grandfather. Salt of the earth. Caring and loving. But until you've dealt with someone like him, that close to you, it's hard to comprehend. They can be very mean. Hard to deal with. But they love unconditionally.
Im a little disappointed with how many negative comments I’ve seen about him only having one employee or not realizing. This man owns hundreds of millions of dollars in assets. One of his assets is understaffed, he may very well have not known. He could’ve been just like everyone else and given shit to the employee there and perhaps even fired him for not ticketing cars, instead, he realized he was understaffed, sympathized, and reiterated the facts. He will probably fix this issue. Clearly non of you have a busy life, have way too much free time, and simply want to try and find fault in a man for being so successful. Pathetic.
The frustration in construction for example the white self tapping screws someone should have recognized that at the beginning nope same with the light being to low no one understands how to make a job run smoothly frustrations at every turn
