I am an odia. I went to an English medium school and have always been fascinated by the english language. While that's not bad i feel that my pwn language would die in upcoming years because of a number of reasons 1.The lack of pride of odia people about being odia 2.they are either drawn to hindi because they think that hindi is cool as it's spoken by the people of the hindi heartland or they are drawn to english because of western influence I feel that it is imperative to preserve this language for the posterity not just as a spoken language but also it's rich literature. I thought to explore more about odia literature but iam genuinely gutted by the dearth of resources online. There isn't a person who can guide me on where to start. Fortunately Amazon has a few books that i can try. Also there were quora and reddit posts listing a few books.
