I would create a Deals pipeline for referrals. And when you follow up with the referral agent, once the referral is an active client, track their progress through stages such as: 1. Active Client. 2. Offer Accepted 3. Pending 4. Closed

Correct about $96/month. No with grow without dialer add on, you keep the same business number. You can still text from the number, just can't make outbound calls through it

There may be two reasons: 1. You don't have the dialer add on 2. You're not the owner account - this can be an optional feature that gets disabled by the owner
Hm, very strange 1. i am the admin 2. i do have the dialer as i am making calls through the FUB now, but only through the FUB number. When i try to change the number i just can add the region code, and the FUB is providing me with a number, but i can’t just add mine for some reason @@ElenaKee

Separately, interesting business you have: like a consultant for a specific software (CRM) for a specific group of people (RE agents). Do you charge them a monthly fee?
