I started this channel in 2023 after realizing that I had been an owner and travel advisor of a successful agency for quite some time and felt that sharing personal experiences through video, photography, and communication would be the perfect way to keep moving forward. Hi! The zen building is about a 3 minute shuttle ride from the main pool and beach areas at the ambassador/grand buildings. It’s located in a different building surrounded by a jungle serene setting. The zen building is family friendly and also has the spa, conference/group areas, separate kids club and a few restaurants/bars. It’s still a great building to stay in, however, you can not see the beach from the building. So you would either take the shuttle ( which runs all of the time) and is very short or you could walk which probably would take 10 minutes or so. The ambassador building is right in the center of everything…home to the main pool as well. It’s family friendly. Let me know if you have other questions! I’ll be heading back in June!
Was the kids club or whatever it was called (the indoor room with chairs on tables and outside playground/splash pad) closed? It looked like it hadn’t been used. Just wondering why it wasn’t open during the day for the outdoor use? We are thinking of brining our 3 & 5 year old here and there’s not many videos to watch like yours most recently. This is very helpful to see it not produced by the actual resort!
Hi! Since I am a travel advisor, I requested to tour the Kids Club before operating hours in the morning. I do not like filming kids or people when I can avoid it. The Kids club at this resort is one of my absolute favorites. They have an indoor area with arts and crafts, games, theater, and more....and then the outdoor area is their "waterpark" which they include a few times a day for the kids to enjoy. Its all fenced in and apart of the supervised activities. Its open everyday!
Hi Joanna! I was there in April….over Easter holiday. Beautiful! Weather was excellent. Overall a great time to go and so is May! I only ate at buffet once for breakfast and once for lunch but only at dreams resort. Never dinner. Both times were excellent and full of variety. One of the better buffets offered for sure. There’s so many places to choose to eat though!

Hi! This was filmed April 2023, so yes very recent! This was our second visit to this particular resort. The first time we went which I also have a slideshow video on….was filmed in September 2020.
I’m actually not 100% about the boat information. But it travels to Isla Mujeres and/or will transfer you to the neighbor AM resort on the island…Zoetry.
The beach is perfect in so many ways! You can swim for sure and enjoy as much as you like. The dolphins are also awesome with visit, watch and swim with! The beach is also great for walking along!
