San Marcos Community Television (SMTV) airs live cablecasts of City Council meetings on Cox Communications Channel 19, Time Warner Cable Channel 24 and AT&T U-verse Channel 99 along with original San Marcos programming like "Spotlight: San Marcos," the city's magazine-style television program.
Palomar College airs community programming on SMTV from 4 to 10 pm, except during live and re-broadcast City Council meetings.

The draft Climate Action Plan is a minimums approach to the largest issue we face as a community, County, State, Country and World. Understanding our role in this tremendous issue require much, much more. Let’s meet this challenge now and preserve our community for generations to come.
