No it's not.. There's a recommended dosage.. If you are consuming chia seeds within that dosage, then that's fine.. But dont take more

Cashew is a nut dear.. All nuts can cause gastric since they have anti nutrients.. So soaking is the best way to break the phytic coat and make nuts easier to digest... Raisins, munaka, figs or any dried fruit water can be consumed

My dear..chia seeds naturally kum karte hai blood pressure ko..or blood thinner ka kaam bhi karte hai..jinka bp medicine lene ke baad bhi jyada rehta hai wo chia seeds le sakte hai....uski dose kum lijiye.. because dheere dheere se aapka bp jyada Kum na karde jab aap medicine bhi le rahe ho....aap ye dekho ki aapka bp medicine ke baad normal hota hai ya jyada rehta hai..

Well, yes, you can take it for a month and then stop.. But it's always better to include more fiber and water in your diet to get rid of constipation. Start eating ragi if it suits you. It ll give you many more benefits.. There's a ragi ambali recipe too on the channel.. Take ir daily and you ll get rid of constipation blues
