If only it could talk! It's original owner probly used it for 25 years or more and they likely been dead for 40 years. It's probably got dust from 1937 in that bag... just crazy to think about.
You realize the straight suction was an early 1c. I believe yours came with the straight suction model. I had a 1C I sold to Thomas. There's a few people who are experts. Dave knows alot, Thomas does, Adam mercer, Tom gasko Mike baldo aka kirby mike is probably the person I'd say knows the most about kirby. The tradition is awesome. I love traditions and this is awesome. I recently got the kirby utility vac. That's nice show pieces to any collection. Congrats and thanks for sharing.
I own one and recently tried to find the filter bags (Royal Type H), but they are now obsolete. It's much more powerful than the Red Plastic Dirt Devil that looks similar.
I think the biggest improvement in the entire industry was HEPA bags.... I mean, look and the inside of the bag when you were demostrating bag off/on.... it stays spotless in there as long as the bags are installed correctly as you showed....and they also don't clog up like paper bags.... One thing I do not understand is someone told me that Kirby doesn't make the charcoal infused HEPA bags anymore.... what a dumb move... Those bags keep the bag from smelling.

Hi, I did some research more. I figured out while there are tons of insomnia case from withdrawal, there aren’t many case of side effects lasting insomnia. I found 5 cases, but oddly, they were all zoloft induced. Just tell you this might help you. Wish you the best.
I’m really sorry to hear that. Can I also ask where did you find these people with long lasting side effects? I can’t find one really, they’re mostly all from withdrawal. Btw, your insomnia started with Zoloft? not as withdrawal?
Yes I'm med free, I can't surpass 1-2 hours of sleep on my best nights. Some nights are ZERO sleep. You say 5-6 hours? Honestly that's not bad... but if you feel exhausted all day then obviously your not getting enough sleep. It sounds like your caught in light sleep? Do you have vivid dreams?? It's likely that you're not getting into delta/slow wave sleep. I haven't fallen into a deep sleep in 5 years.
sorry it happened to you. Where did you find similar cases? I googled it but can’t find one. And what is your insomnia symptom? Like going into sleep hard? or staying sleep hard? And have you used sleeping pills ever since? I’m on the same boat.
Yes lots of cases out there, but I can't fall asleep or stay asleep. I've tried 17 different Rx meds with no luck. I'm 4.5 years in now with no improvement. I would like to know more about your case? Was it from meds? How bad is your insomnia?
One safe way to cut the hole in the tin is to sandwich the tin between a couple pieces of plywood and cut through one half of the plywood and the tin together. Holds the tin flat and secure. Great tutorial, thanks!
Hello, orange lever is for throttle. The large black upright lever to the left of the throttle is for raising/lowering the deck. I hope this helps thanks for your question.
Trevor, you mentioned a "sweet air thing". I assume that must be the thing I was pondering on my 516. Back of the emptor secured with a small red knob topside? Just dried out foam in my sweet air thing!
