First of all thanks aap ne rply kiya. Sir mujhe sach me nhi smjha. Chota pump aur bada pump dono chala ya ek chala. Mujhe aisa lag rha dono pump ki line joint hi aur ye 70 bar ke relief vale ki line se drain ho jaye ga to 150 bar tak nhi pressure create kr payega. Kaise bolu aap wapis ek bar video dal dijiye kiyo ki aap line ke path kaha kaha jarha kaha closed hi kha open to smjh jau sorry nhi smjha to

Counterbalance Valve: Also known as a load holding valve, it is primarily used to control the motion of a hydraulic cylinder or motor under load. It ensures that the load does not run away or free fall when the directional control valve is in the neutral position or when the pump is turned off. Counterbalance valves maintain a back pressure to balance the load and prevent uncontrolled movement. Brake Valve: A brake valve in hydraulic systems is used to control the speed or stop the movement of a hydraulic actuator, typically in a controlled and gradual manner. It is often used in applications where precise braking control is required, such as in cranes or hoists. counterbalance valves and brake valves both play crucial roles in hydraulic systems, their specific functions and applications differ significantly. Counterbalance valves maintain load control and stability, whereas brake valves focus on speed control and stopping precision.
