You are not a failure if you don't run the race! We've all watched you do your very best and it is has been so inspiring to watch. Is there an option to run the race, but no specific pace or time goal in mind? Just to get across the finish line so you can feel you accomplished in regard to what you set out to do. @@LifestylePeeper being “good at yoga” is such a misconception. It looks different in everyone’s body, and it’s more about how it feels and the experience you’re having. It forces you to be in your body and focus on what you’re doing on your mat. I digress though, I’m not tryna beat you over the head lol 😂
Hey hey! I’m like 20 minutes into the video and you were mentioning your joint pain. I saw a TikTok from a Black woman OBGYN and have been doing research on my own, and I think the join pain might be a sign of perimenopause. You also had v v itchy skin some time ago and that’s also a sign of perimenopause. I’m not a doctor so I’m not trying to diagnose you but you might want to look into it!
I actually did some blood work and testing with my PCP and OBGYN regarding perimenopause at the top of the year, it’s a valid concern, but this is a running injury I’m dealing with right now.
I’m so sick of hearing everyone’s opinion about the single women with no kids demographic, we refuse to settle GET OVER IT. I need to log off cause it’s so annoying 😂

I waited for too long or stopped and started way too many times worrying about being perceived and what other people will think about it. Also, are you talking about Lindsay? I promise I’ve had few people mention that they know her and how good of a person she is. That’s confirmation that she is good people, wow… that’s a testament to how good of a person she is!

solidcore and lagree are basically the same (solidcore just can’t use the lagree name since it’s trademarked and they’re in a legal battle lol). neither are “pilates”. try a classical or contemporary reformer pilates class. i started with lagree but found that reformer pilates gave me better results and leaned me out way more ❤
I was thinking about going to DC for the inauguration…. The hotel prices determined that was a lie!!! And I liked the tight curls 😂 they fall perfectly throughout the day!
