Hab es gerade gefunden und finde es genial das du denn Sonne Gruß umgewandelt hast. Ich habe MS und die ganze zeit was für mich gesucht. Aber ich finde es etwas zu schnell ich komm nicht richtig mit

Du kannst die Klasse gerne öfter machen, da kommt man von Mal zu Mal dann besser rein - vielleicht klappt es dann ja auch etwas schneller schon besser? Nice flow but so many adverts it interrupted the practice, and I had to come out of the pose multiple times to click "skip" ... also noticed this with the sound mediation video, too.
Thank you so much for your feedback. We are still at this point where we unfortunately can't control the ads in our videos - RU-vid is just playing them automatically sometimes. Hopefully we will soon have enough playback time so we can switch them of, for sure, we don't want to have any disturbing ads in our videos. We do have English yoga classes on our RU-vid channel :) Unfortunately not English classes in sign language!
