I'm so disappointed in this purchase. And I can't find a video or read in the manual. How you're supposed to adjust that bar? Maybe I got the wrong size 5 7 1 85. I gotta medium a small was good for my height, but not my weight.

Tell me what I'm doing wrong. I wore this for the first time today with About 20 pounds of bolts And my bag is killing me. I tried every adjustment on the spine. And nothing helped every time. I bent Over nildawn, the back padding would catch my jeans like someone was pulling them down so I had to adjust it every time I stood up. I really like how that just went. Is in the straps with the walking mechanisms. So they don't work loose, but otherwise. This gets a one star Comfortability rating. And that's the whole reason I got it. It was supposed to be the cadillac of harnesses

Except when walking the iron you always have a little pull backwards from the srl. I do love them for over head tie off though.

If you descend to the victim for the pick off rescue, exactly how do you remove the tension on the victim's fall arrest line to decouple them from it before descent?

Is in it better to have a loader build a berm around the edge where the work will be done?

Cant you just use a twisting locking carabiner and attach the the D ring thats already there?
