The Philippines find it hard to deter China whose nine-dash line claim was invalidated by the UNCLOS arbitral court ruling, in aggressively asserting sovereignty within the nine-dash line. 300 sailors and 30 officers to operate 1 unit, which is gonna take a lot of training and to introduce the Philippine Navy to make new "rates" into the branch, especially to refurbish, repair and upgrade
Very annoying keep on recycling the report of plan to buy MRF but nothing materialize ,its a shame to talk about it if you don't have money to buy ,you guys are dreaming better not talj about it.
