This seems like a very stupid argument to me. If a government needs cash quick for an emergency, taxes are not the way to get that money. Taxes take time to accrue, collect, and be forwarded to the state (not to mention, no implementation delay?). The state already has was of accessing money in emergencies, that it uses regularly, that do work on a fast time scale: Taking on loans and selling bonds. Not to mention that the state is bound by its constitution to have a hefty Budget Stabilization Account to protect against emergencies. Anything that wipes that out, would be so massive that the tax base would be gone as well and it would be a federal level disaster.

As I can see, there's one dude there who is an example of China's apologist's take on the matter that they have the right in those areas because they are a superpower, or on that dude's argument, they are just slowly encroaching, so just let them be. Just imagine someone robbed you of your work and food; those are maybe just some basic needs to live for you, but they are everything for those people.

They took a misdemeanor that was past the statue of limitation and claimed he did the misdemeanor to do another crime. Yet that other crime was never shown. In fact, the judge told the jury they didn’t need to be unanimous. That they can make up any crime, and he is guilty. There needs to be a crime to show intent.

It won’t be a full EV future. Will most likely be hybrid. EV’s don’t make sense for long distances, only short trips. Which makes sense because most of the pollution is in major cities. Cut that down and we’re doing good, but they start making less sense at distance.
