I enjoy flying out of this airport-I live halfway between Boise International Airport and Salt Lake City International Airport in South Central Idaho (Twin Falls area). We only have a municipal airport there, Boise is too small, so at least I have restaurants and shopping I can do at SLC!
I did this hike yesterday. That first stretch kicked my ass, but this view and the view further up were worth it. On my way back towards the entrance, I saw a dead deer by where the mossy waterfall was. I got there around 10 am. It was really really cool. At one point, I saw at least nine paragliders in the air at one time. I want to take a ride.
