Tucsonans can argue with me but I think Ventana is the hardest trail in town. It’s often so overgrown and fire-scarred and hard to follow. Sabino, bear, Pima, even kimball are simple in comparison.
I love this! I'm glad I stumbled upon it. Two years ago I moved from the west coast to Charlotte NC. I was introduced to disc golf which invigorated my love for the outdoors. I had needed that change in my life something fierce, but was unable to realize what kind of spiritual hole I had been digging for myself by not following what my heart desires, until I made that change. Trust your heart, follow it, do not let others keep you in a space you truly don't wish to be in. Explore, meet new people, learn new things, and keep writing in your journals as it will enlighten you on your journey. 🖤
New to disc golf. Been playing for less then a year but became quickly obsessed with the sport. Became a big fan of both Eric Oakley and Bodanza because your description of the discs during your building your bag were so detailed it was extremely helpful. Picked up your Pathfinder, Zone, Beorg and Dynasty to show support. Alpaca coming soon. Glad you’re both part of the Infinite team. Congratulations and good luck to you this upcoming season. 💪
with the kind of gail-force tailwinds you guys are throwing with for these bogus distance records, you can probably get those distances with a hankerchief, or a paper-plate. it's not something that would make me want to spend $20 on a plastic plate.
I do the same with my son. My bag stays in my car but I’ll toss a glitch with my son whenever we go to a park. I just had 5 procedures on my wrist and it’s helped tremendously. Practice like this is amazing. And really helps with my son on his game as well.
My impression of you Eric has always been positive. And someone should tell those reddit snowflakes that elite athletes are allowed to be angry sometimes =) GL in the future!
The destruction of cultural and historic (but essentially non-military) targets in Britain in 1942 in WW2 was called 'The Baedeker Raids' , the locations selected by using a German tourist guide of the UK. Bath, York, Exeter, Canterbury and Norwich were targeted (see Wiki). Many other British cities were also bombed at other times, some historic such as Coventry, but for more strategic reasons.
