Hi Erin! In one of your YT shorts you had a diagram “Erin Money System” it was so well put together and cute 🥰 is it for sale I would like to edit and personalize it please! 🙏
I love watching these kinds where creators are actually honest about their finances! It’s neat to watch these kinds of videos! I prefer these long form than the short forms one from your TikTok . Keep it up!
I took this comment to mean “does paying rent not feel like a waste when you can pay the same amount or less towards owning a property, rather than renting?”
Maybe consider getting a crate. Gunner, ruffland, impact. All are expensive but they provide great protection in the event of a car accident. Because your dog is not strapped in a car accident will cause them to go flying and seriously hurt you or them. It also helps to prevent the moving around during the drive, as again that is dangerous.
I really loved your tips on meal prepping! It’s so true, keeping meals simple really helps reduce the prepping stress, improves health, and saves some cash. Thanks for sharing! 😊
Interesting questions. I didn't really understand the your friends make me than you. Your budget is yours and theirs is theirs. It's ok to sit out events. Heck I make more than my friends and I'm the one who doesn't want to eat out nowadays lol. If I do want to go out to eat and it's not in my friends budget, I'll pay especially if I need a day out with my girl(s). The tips on food and groceries was chefs kiss. There's definitely a different between a HYSA & a savings account... the amount is interest you get in the account. They have different titles for a reason. I also disagree with not having both. Some ppl don't need all of their money in their checking account so having a savings account is helpful. I, for, example, put the money one spent on my cc in my savings account to show that money is no longer available to spend. Long term savings and saving for the next month shouldn't be combined. Lots of people don't want to go into that hysa as they view it as an emergency fund.
I love the tracker! My only question/thought is I can’t start my budget for the next month or it will change the data feeding into the current month. Am I missing something?
does your capital one hysa allow you to transfer from checking to savings immediately? the one i use currently can sometimes take a few days to transfer
