By beating Alex you're just reaffirming his disgust of society and justifying his lawless behavior. If the cops don't abide by their own rules why should we care too ? Same w by spitting on him and showing your true colors. The principle never cared and hes happy to be rid of him. Alex appreciates the realness i think 😅
he's being very stupid. Smiling, insulting the police officers. He certainly didn't make things easy for himself. And getting in that situation (breaking and entering and murdering) was stupid in the first place
"We'll have to show our little friend Alex here that we know the law, too. But that knowing the law isn't everything." This is the unspoken motto of every police force in every municipality around the globe.
Omg nooo that’s so messed up😭 Mr deltoid was always a perv but like Alex is 14-15 in the movie and mr deltoid is like defo 35+ You can even see the predator in him when he tried to touch Alex inappropriately😢
@@Russlygacha you are correct my Slavic friend, I just noticed that he looks at his privates. Your now a murderer Alex, a murderer. Such a good movie. But little Alex is a pervert also. The two record shop girls are 10 years old and he gets them drunk and takes advantage of them. The book has much more.
I think that’s subtext that Alex is just as victimized himself as he is victimizing others. His parents aren’t concerned for him in the slightest to even get him out of bed for school or to even have basic discipline for him, and his post corrective advisor basically molested him, possibly even further back as a child. Then when the state tries to “cure” him, all they’re doing is perpetuating that trauma back into him to cause more even trauma. Even at the film’s end when he’s freed of the Ludovico’s Technique and has range to do what ever he pleases, he’s still not really free since he’s still influenced by the society’s trauma that’s been inflicted onto him from a young age.
