I am top producing REALTORⓇ with the RE/MAX River City office. I've been a REALTOR for 11 years and have been blessed to have had many great people on their home-selling & buying journeys. I have also achieved the RE/MAX Platinum Award, and I am a recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award. I am extremely passionate about my job and all the clients I help. I was born in Edmonton and have called the City of St Albert home for all of my life. I have 4 exceptional children and a wife that is incredibly supportive of my career. As a matter of fact, I often bring my wife in to give my clients advice on preparing their homes for sale and staging advice. This is tremendously helpful to help me sell my client's homes and provide the focus & direction to them easier than if they did it themselves.
If you ever see a house for sale in Riverbend address 14104 51st Ave and if anyone knows if any videos of it let me know as my grandparents lived there and my grandpa had Alec Hamill Men's Wear in downtown Edmonton
I agree it's horrible, and seems to be getting worse. You can easily jump from roof to roof lol. There are larger lots in some of the suburbs, or you can always look for an acerage, but the prices are also crazy. Nice house here, and nice presentation, but these homes are way too close together.
I know this building very well , ya its cool. But me, id rather the building right beside it. Its an old walk up that had a pizza place in the ground floor for years. The floors/ ceilings are made of old glass or something....charming old building. You cant see it here but its right beside this one Actualy i guess you can see it at the very front of the vid, its really cool and its all live in units with shared bathrooms down the hall , yea lol but still id buy it if i had dough but id buy this entire building too , not just a suite tho
Holy cow! I used to live here, in this exact condo! My room was the first bedroom and I had a Queen Absolute Greatest poster next to the closet. This video has brought back a lot of nice memories (although I don’t miss the 17 stairs to get to it).
@@michaelg6641 notoriously violent area , so much so a portable police station was placed next door. Im sure its not as bad as it once was....but it would be loud day and night and a risky venture walking in and out after midnight.....just sayn
That is a zero investment just so you know if things get back online in the bar below you and next to you and across from you and half down the street from you get back online you’re going to have something that I wouldn’t wanna walk any wear
I spent alot of my youth in that area. And youre not kidding. Ive seen stuff go on down there ill never repeat. Very violent , they have tried to regulate it , put a portable police station next door even, but its just part n parcel of the area, very loud day and at night too
It’s an actual really bad place in town I would never move there with the stolen dock ! I really apologize about the retailer but I would never fucking live there. Right in the middle of Barrtown you’re never going to not hear music you’re always gonna have like fucking panhandlers around yeah really good sale there dude. Busiest fucking intersection in Edmonton I almost called you a liar and a person that I would never trust a fucking sell me a fucking turd. Anyways best of luck on your adventures. Oh my God
