When i press startup repair it says to enter the password of this account with the name of my gamail on top im putting the right Microsoft password but when i hit enter to go i the startup repair it says incorrect
Hello po I tried the vbs and it worked but after processing... It said " error code , the licensed status is ---NOTIFICATIONS--- Error Description: The Software Licensing Service reported that the productvcould not be activated using the Key Management Service (KMS). How to solve this?🥺 Plss help
If Apply is greyed out, that because you have not changed anything in the box. Be sure you make exact changes as I advised in the video. The Apply button will be active for you.
Commands : copy microsoft office/office 16 from program files path. type cd/ in command prompt and run as admin. cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16 cscript ospp.vba /dstatus or cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus ospprearm.exe SKU-ID
@@designslidertech thanks. I keep getting the windows activation failed once a month. So i wanted to make it alot easier for me for the next time. Also after following the above text go to Office 16 folder run the OSPPEARM.exe as admin 3 times. and the problem should be fixed!!

For anyone having same problem I had with the cleanup utility just hold shift on keyboard press power restart it will bring you to troubleshoot screen navigate to command prompt and type bcdedit /deletevalue {default} safeboot then hit enter and restart this worked for me there’s another command if that one doesn’t work it’s bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot hit enter restart hope that help some poor soul out there
Will the authentificator stay the same if you hvae an Iphone backup and you use it on the new phone? Or another option if you saved the qr code of the authehtifictor , can you use it again?

@@EmmanuelUzowuru Just follow the steps in the video and where you are required to type in vba, use vbs instead. However, this should be done only if you have first tried using vba and it doesn't work for you.
this is correct, but pointless, as you still have to scan a new QR code for each Office 365 MFA account that was added, thus negating the whole point of the exercise...
Sorry about your experience. It happened because you skipped a part of the steps. If you did backup initially (on the old phone) and on the new phone, you select 'Restore from Backup,' all your accounts will be restored automatically. Thanks for sharing your experience still.
That happened in your case because... it's either you had skipped backup (from old phone) OR on the new phone, you didn't select 'Restore from backup.'
