According to a RU-vid video,SCP-096,also known as The Shy Guy, was created by a plague doctor(what a surprise 😒)in the French Alms.he started on the once human being but his process mutated shy guy into his current form.The doctor's goal was to create a being to DESTROY the pestilence,but 096/shy guy somehow became infected during the process.As a result,anyone who sees SCP-096's face is infected with the pestilence, and SCP-096's programming forces him to destroy them.However,because the doctor's programming was incomplete when he became corrupted SCP-096 only hunts people he has infected...therefore again anyone who sees or has seen SCP-096's face is infected with the pestilence.
can you do a animation series of hulk agents of s.m.a.s.h and 096 crossover (specifically when hulk and the others were in the episode the big green mile), and me personally I'd say his color is a bit of both.
Because every time someone looks at him(I think his face spasificaly)he does the screaming in rage thing...plus he probably did it prior to the Teletubbies.
