They cant represent SA nationally they can play locally work locally but representing SA on national level they cant.if one of their parents was born here is a different story they can choose to represent DRC or SA boks not both.
Fixing scrums is easy, go back to making the ball contestable. Let the scrumhalf throw the ball in the centre and straight. You have to scrum higher or have a very strong hooker that can hold the pressure with one foot up. Less scrums will fall. If a scrum fall,it is the loosehead’s fault. If it goes up it is the tight heads fault. Hooking a tight head ball used to be a very valuable asset. The attack from a flat back line often leads to tries as the defence have to scramble from deep.
