I like all your videos. Continue the good work. Can I ferment “raw unpasteurized milk” using milk kefir grains. We used to buy raw milk from farm, giving them to kids hot (after boiling). But not sure we can just ferment the raw milk and give to kids. I am making water kefir and I want to add some flavor to that, so that I can make them easy for kids. If you can make a video about it, that would be great. Thanks.
Is it true that store bought cucumbers have a wax coating and does that wax coating interfere with absorbtion of brine? If so is there a way to remove the wax other than peeling the cucumber?
I never liked the taste of sauerkraut, but recently I've been eating it with No Salt sprinkled on top; a lot of it. No Salt is a salt substitute; just potassium, so is this okay? The potassium won't kill the good bacteria, will it?

I have seen these on my rose bush in sw Florida. I googled why do I have opium bulbs growing from my rose bush? Needless to say I found out quickly what they are now 😂😂
After watching this, I realize that there may be another way to prevent kahm yeast. I use argon gas, which you can buy online to place into bottles of wine to prevent oxidation because argon is heavier than oxygen so I gave a little squirt of argon in my fermentation vessel to see if the yeast comes back.
HI, I've just joined your channel and am enthused to try your recipes. Your healthy looks are so amazing. I have just made my first batch of honey and red onion today. But I have a query: as you consume the mixture do you just keep topping up with just honey? Or do you add in more red onion as well?

Make sure an incorporate a good source of vitamin c, so you can absorb most of the minerals. Hemp seeds can have sometimes have phytic acid, which can reduce absorption dramatically, vitamin c is able to counteract this effect. I make my hemp smoothie using 2 cups of hibiscus tea as the base, which has almost 100% rda of vitamin c for a man and more than 100% for a female.
This woman has the most beautiful sounding voice. I am getting so relaxed listening to her, I may go to sleep, but I am too interested to stop listening!❤
I drink a hemp smothie practically every day, great source of protein and minerals. Make sure and take it with a good source of vitamin c so you can neutralize anti-nutrients and absorb all the minerals though.
