Hi @ShahrozeAli-s8p, thanks for watching the video. We appreciate you taking the time to comment. Is there anything specific about BIM management you'd like to discuss or learn more about?
Thanks for your comment! 😊 Sorry to hear you’re having trouble understanding the content. We’d love to help! Can you let us know which part was confusing or what you’d like more clarification on? We’re happy to explain further or provide additional resources! 👍
Great observation! Unfortunately, this was a screen recording, so the menubar is visible. If you'd like a personal presentation, let us know. We'll connect you with someone from the Plannerly team who can dive deeper into ISO 19650 and other topics you're interested in.
Thanks for watching! 😊 You can find the templates in our free app on the Plannerly website. Just go to plannerly.com and click the ‘Join Free’ button. Once you’re in, you’ll find the templates in the Docs and Scope modules. Enjoy!
Sure thing! All of these can be handled as metadata. You can actually define any type of metadata in the File Manager settings and create as many as you need too! 😃
Your editing of the spoken text to be quicker is really disturbing and doesn’t improve comprehension. Give it a little more breath8ng space for the reader to digest the message. If we find it too slow, we can always run it at 1.5x speed
Could you tell us what's making things more expensive for you? We've noticed teams save money when they can define exactly what information requirements they need. Is there something else that's making it hard for you? Our team really likes learning about the challenges different groups face, so we can make our technology even better to help out.
Earlier today I got in touch with Akos regarding an educational licence for my class, and if all goes well I'll be able to use it on my upcoming project starting 11.03.2024. In the project we have, there is a set of IFC specifications we must follow, such as File name format and Project names. I have already made a Solibri rule to check for the fileaname of the IFC, so I wonder if that's also possible with the IDS? The format of the delivery is "<Lastname-Firstname_<Project>_<Dicipline>". Will I be able to make a "rule" or a check in the Plannerly IDS creator to check for the IFC filename? And names such as "Project name" "Project Longname", "Sitename" and so on, and also check if the IFC that's used is exported as a specific IFC format, such as IFC4, this as a quality check to ensure that I or someone my team has not had a mishap and accidentally exported in IFC 2x3?. Hope for a good experience in this, and as I said, if all goes well, then my assigment or thesis will be on the use and implementation of IDS. Thanks :D!
That's awesome that you're considering using Plannerly for your classes! While IDS isn't currently set up for handling file names, if the filename is in the metadata, you can set it up for checking using a property. For more specific questions, it'd be great to schedule some time with our team - feel free to do that here: plannerly.com/meeting
Thanks a lot for your lovely feedback on this presentation! We're excited if you are exploring to use Plannerly to tackle these challenges and achieve wins for your own BIM Execution Planning workflows!
Thank you for sharing this insightful and informative video! Your commitment to providing valuable information is truly commendable. Your clear and engaging presentation style makes learning a pleasure, and I appreciate the effort you put into making complex topics accessible. Keep up the excellent work, and I look forward to join the certification program.
Thanks for your uplifting words! 😍 We're super stoked to hear your kind comments. Our goal is to make complex topics like ISO 19650 fun for everyone! 😃
Whoops, looks like we ducted up that measurement a bit! 😉 Fear not, that demo was just a tiny glimpse into the many types of checks available inside Plannerly #MeasureTwiceDuctOnce
Awesome question! It's super easy with the Plannerly Scope module! Each task can have a simple checklist or even more structured Information Requirements that get auto-checked against the BIM element properties. Here's a great training program: plannerly.com/training and if you chat with the team on plannerly.com you can even book a meeting for them to show you! 👍
🥳 Thanks for joining us today! 👀 Look out for more of our upcoming BIM management webinars in the Plannerly channel here: www.youtube.com/@plannerlyAEC
When we go the journey from drawing board, 2D CAD, 3D CAD, BIM, digital construction,…we well aware the why and value to address in each evolution together with process re-engineering and change of people behaviour. However we find construction industry is still lag behind comparing with other industries who adopt the same journey. This is worth for us to re-think!
Hey Matthew, that's awesome to hear! I'm really glad the video was helpful for IDS. It's a pretty powerful topic, so if you have any questions, feel free to let us know!
💪🏼Absolutely right!! Thanks for the compact video! A all time fight! But the result is less cashflow for costumers. 🤷🏼♂️ But yes it’s the way we have to go!!
Hi @@onkarkitekt Thanks for reaching out. As a software provider, we focus on delivering high-quality solutions to support ISO 19650, and while we don't provide handover services or have specific data about successful handovers in the United Kingdom since 2020, we'd be happy to assist you with any questions or support you may need regarding Plannerly. Feel free to let us know how we can help! 😊

Absolutely! The research and project teams both got in touch with Bill. And wanna know what's even better? Bill even dropped a comment on some LinkedIn posts! How cool is that? 🤩

A very informative webinar indeed. Seeing Plannerly in action on a live project helped me understand the benefits of using such a platform early to get everyone on board. My question, though, ,is How come Plannerly is not considered some sort of CDE although 1- It's an online platform where all stakeholders are engaged, 2-It it also provides links to all the project's related documents.
Thank you so much for your kind words about the webinar 😍 Yes, many believe that Plannerly is the communication CDE 💪 Watch this space for new dedicated CDE features coming soon 😉
