They’re called ruffle necks half beaver half human. There’s a bigger colony in Malaysia. They can bite a humans head clean off I seen them up personal 7 years ago and they’re still there. They live in dead fish and shell fish. The government say they’re men in suits to not scare people that’s just to keep the tourists going there. If you knew there real strength nobody would go within one mile of them

My buddies and I use to go through santans tunnel alot when we were younger. From lincoln...there wasn't much to do so we found creepy shit to do...that and climb all over the train bridge above it
I have been in this tunnel many times. I even took water boots to go to the end with some friends. There not really graffiti past the point of walking in normal shoes. Then the water drops off into the creek on the other side of the freeway. Sometimes you’ll run into teens drinking and chillin, sometimes you run into homeless people but not often because they don’t like the foot traffic that comes through. The message on the top left corner that goes down the whole tunnel has a creepy message. Basically the legend as told to me from several people states that a dude burned his girlfriend alive down there for cheating or something like that. He basically covered her in gas and lit her on fire. He started spraying the message on the top left corner as she was burning alive. The message is really old and faded and some of it has been tagged over by people who don’t know what it is, but you can still read a lot of it. Some parts say things along the lines of being able to “taste the contents of her stomach as the smoke fills the air,” and Some other demented things. Many people theorize that the part of the tunnel that is all blackened is from the spot she burned. I have always investigated every weird sound I have heard in there, it’s usually just my own echo. My friend and I used to walk all the way to the end and drink a few beers and walk back. One time there were some other kids walking towards us with flashlights and we thought maybe they wanted some beer, so we started yelling hello down the tunnel and they yelled hello back. We yelled that we had beer and they looked like they were turning around cuz they got scared. We then yelled we were friendly it’s okay we got beer if you want some. For whatever reason when they turned around our drunk asses started walking towards them yelling wait come back we are are friendly. We didn’t think about the fact that they could only see our flashlights and our echos multiple voices yelling and coming at them faster. We got to the end of the tunnel to be like “it’s cool, you can come down we were just hanging out.” But when we came back out they ran like crazy to their car and peeled out with tire screeching and all. We didn’t mean to scare them but we also hadn’t considered how creepy we were being at the time. Lol oops
I would say it’s pretty safe they take pretty high precautions there. Double face mask and they take temperature before entering any building and sanitize shoes and hands before entering.
