@maryamshameem-vo6op I don’t just do Chris Watts videos. I cover true crime, historical mysteries, and ghost stories. I worked hard on this. I especially appreciate your comment since it’s a little more neutral than the other ones. I do have a Chris Watts video coming out in a couple of days. But the next two after that are just other true crime stories. One of them is the story of the murders at the Amityville house. Which ties into this ghost video. Your opinion matters to me but I never meant to mislead anyone about the content I make. I don’t have a new Chris Watts in the works yet either. I’m open to ideas. I am a small channel still and really I appreciate your support! If people want more of certain type of content from me I have no problem working harder to provide that. I just need friendly encouragement. If you have topics you want me to approach please feel free to reach out to me.

@twinkiecrunch6344 I appreciate your comment. You definitely have a point. Family annihilators don’t do well in prison either. They tend to be the lowest of the low. Someone else pointed out that during his plea agreement he gave up a lot of rights. It’s not impossible for him to figure out a way to take it back now. But it is very unlikely. I was thinking about the procedural stuff when I wrote this. The coercion I mentioned is kind of subjective since there isn’t a hard line to go by. Had it gone to trial it would have depended on the judge. But a Change of plea requires the defendant to give up almost all of his legal rights. I didn’t intentionally leave that part out. I should have thought of it and mentioned it. I think it would take a huge bit of new evidence for anything to change. A lot of people suspect he had help. 🤔

Chris Watts was not coerced into his half azzed confession. He wasn’t forced or threatened at all. In fact the agents treated him like a gentleman respectfully even feeding him pizza. No judge would grant to suppress the confession based on how the interrogation was conducted. TammyLee chose her words carefully and never said the poly was admissible or irrefutable so there was never a breach of the 14th amendment.

@@TimelessMysteriess that still doesn’t seem coercive really. LE can lie or twist things to get a suspect talking. Chris Watts ignorance of the law is solely on him. He was Marandized before the polygraph and informed of his right to council and right to remain silent. Anyway it is a moot point because he only had 45 or 90 days to appeal. The only chance he would have now is if new evidence somehow came to light then he can apply for a 35c.

@nancyn679 6 дней назад
@@TimelessMysteriess the ineffective council won’t work either. At the plea hearing he had to go through a colloquy in which the judge asked him questions with many directly regarding his attorneys and if they advised him of everything etc. His response to all the questions was that yes he was properly represented by his attorneys. In his Wisconsin interview he reiterates when asked that his attorneys were ready to file more motions and wanted to fight for him. He goes on to say that he confessed to his attorneys like 2 weeks or so after his arrest. According to Scott Reisch if CW were to claim ineffective council then all attorney client privilege is dismissed and they can be called to testify to everything they’ve been privy too. So he would never be able to claim ineffective coucil based on those things.

Do you remember in The McCanns case, british MI5 and MI6 were involved with helping them avoid Portugese jail? In Watts case is the same thing. They (not british....and not American ) helped to not incarcerate the helpers whom the mistress brought to the murder house, and then to steer the narrative, first with internet abuse towards the Rzucecks and then bashing Shanann, and then cancelling youtube channels who were more persistent than others about critical aspects. The youtuber lady who discovered Bella`s shadow on neighbour video, died sudenly. Then Armchair Detective picked this up, made a fuss, "wrote" a book about it, the book was blocked, and his channel removed from yotube. And himself SUED in English court by agent Martin Deehan. He has a youtube channel. Do you even know how he makes his living? He came to the UK to sue the youtuber, and exept of this he does nothing else. Deehan actually, out of nowhere (not being related to The Rzuceks at all) claiming to know NK and her family, managed to drag young Frankie Rzucek into sueing one of hundreds of youtubers, and defending NK under "family harassment". In British court. He and others "organised" "gofundme" for this purpose. Nice money laundering scheme. WHy only Armchair Detective is aimed at? WHy not others? Because Rourke had to admit in front of camera that "the kids left the house alive" so contradicting his own words from the court speech in front of judge Kupcow. Armchair Detective was belittled, laughed at, ridiculed, followed. Only him, from literarily hundreds of youtube channels telling the same stories. And worse. Now look what happens next..

And prosecution said "he killed them all in the house" and 3 years later he (D.A.) said "the kids left the house alive". So how would judge Kupcow decide today if he heard that? And what happend on the road to cervi? Rourke achieved "success" by copying conduct from Petersons case. The deal is void. Rourke has to bring Watts back to the judge, so the judge can make a decision again, with all the facts from Wisconsin interview...i know, "facts" rather than facts, but even less facts was when the deal was being made. If they arent sure about facts they have instruments to find out! Where is cross-examination? Did the judge know that mistress phone was at the murder scene, at the murder time? Did he know she texted "i want to be part of this"? Has ever Amber Frey texted Peterson "Dont be alone with her (wife)?" and "Park you truck further so she (wife) doesnt see it"? @luckyinthesky-f4n there was a lot of errors and had Chris fought back at the time things could be different. They should have been more thorough and took more time proved guilt rather than manipulate a confession that may not have told the whole story. There’s a lot that doesn’t make sense I’m not arguing that Cw isnt guilty The case wasn’t handled well. there’s so much more to it

I don’t think Chris did it because he didn’t have the backbone to do something like that. Nicole is in the illuminati and she had put a spell over Chris,but I really believe Nicole and her friend Jim did it took Shannon out the back door. And they’re the ones that killed the girls and put them in those oil tanks. And she told Chris to play guilty because they were getting too close to her cause once he played guilty stop no more investigation. of course I think Chris is guilty because he knew the plan.

Investigators/police are legally allowed to lie to suspects. I don’t see any force or threats being made to him during these interviews.

True that. But the deals are not allowed to be made based on lies.
