The detail I'm fascinated by is that the high caliber sniper pierces through the armor of that NPC. I don't know if that's the same for the player since there aren't much sniper enemies that attack you.
Lol i mean this video is for jokes but yeah i just found it kinda funny how i got so bored that I decided to platinum this game all these years later. Before it was left with 80% overall.
I think it's nice they give you the option to stay sober, I heard that some devs give players options to refuse drinks or have sodas in games instead incase the player themselves is trying to recover from a drinking addiction in real life. It just makes it a more relatable experience for them if they're allowed to refuse drinks or given other options in games.
