What if you sent packages worth 10,000gh cedis since last year march,April,2023 through your company and up till now,you haven’t received them yet but you have provided all the necessary information like tracking numbers but still nothing positive has come. In situation like this,what should your company do?
Thanks for your complaint. But we haven’t received any complaint of that sort. And per the amount in question is huge and I suggest if it’s true then don’t sit on it kindly do a follow up by visiting the office and sorting it out with management before 28th of this month please. Thank you.
I heard the lady saying they dont do repackaging so my question is if my orders are from different sellers about 10 of them how are you going to make sure all will go into one box?
On several occasions, I demanded that GBH warehouse should check the content of my packages and the reply was that they don't open principal's packages. Now the gentleman from GBH is saying that their China warehouse will check to be sure that the package is in good shape to be shipped. So how do the warehouse attendants check for breakages without opening especially in the case of fragile items?
Some packaged do not hit the 0.1 cbm requirement but cannot be shipped via Air , they are heavy and sea is the only way ,, GBH Logistics must review this policy. Try to understand some of your clients plight. Thank you 👍
this is kinda fake excuse to extort money from importers. you expect me to shop bigger packages all the time because GHB has a policy which say we don't accept smaller packages. don't you know that shopping is random and one can't determine... so you want us to bring bigger packages to you only tell me where we can send the smaller ones ? the complains about GHB is too much.... you better open your comment section on tiktok and see ways you can engage your customers give them hope. some people like us we're gone
Consider this, my package arrived at your warehouse in China and you inform me "yes your package is here but payment before delivery, pay this amount" without any clarification, which customer wouldn't think that he or she has made all his payment. And if after the package arrives in Ghana that you tell your clients "you need to make additional payment" what would you think if it were you? So from the outset, communicate clearly. Thank you
You need to clarify some concepts. For instance full payment are demanded for air packages before shipment. And you also apprise that when sea shipping is less than 0.1 CBM, the customer is required a full payment of $20. Is this down payment or the full payment for goods? I think you should communicate clearly to your clients. If I have my package at your warehouse and you demand payment without being particular as to whether it's a full or down payment? I will be in the same shoes with others and claim it to be "extortion" once the package is in Ghana and you're demanding for additional remuneration. So always clarify and communicate clearly.
We have alot of items at our warehouse. Kindly submit your complaint and wait for it to be solved thank you. We have a lot of items where people havnt picked up yet.
I send more than 4pcs small packages to China warehouse the same day. Total cbm about 0.14.. after goods arrived in Ghana. Gbh changed me 80usd for that 4pcs less than 0.2cbm. All arrived in the same shipping date container. Hnmm
Please you are not supposed to pay that amount. If all the package arrived in the same container. I will advice you gather all your items the next time so you can also enjoy our free delivery also. Thank you

in short GBH don’t accept small packages.what if i send i about 10packages less than 0.1 all at the same time are you going to charge 20$ for all the 10packages 🤔
@@gbhlogisticsandmovers774do you know not all suppliers do package parcels as one.they will send the items separately to the warehouse.I remember i bought duvet and the supplier sent them separately
GBH you have to know that some items, is not that we intentionally buy small quantities...Myself I can buy some particular items more than 1000pcs , and 1000pcs for an items is good, which you can ship but because it didn't reach the cbm you are expecting doesn't mean you should charge us 20$ .....that decision is not also helping we the client. So please kindly do something about it

We will talk to management on this and see how we can assist you with this. The problem is that most small packages the clients don’t even pickup when it arrives in ghana.
