That bit about 20:40. I did know but I usually wait anyway, because "Free Boat" with a naval engagement. Just my own style I guess, not saying right or wrong.
In vanilla you can just move your capital to a Flemish or Dutch province and it prevents the revolt from happening. It's useful to know as Burgundy especially
I hope there will be more cultural granularity with some slavic leftovers, or even better if there was slavic rus state in the east. Would add some cool dynamic
I've only taken the mandate once and that was as Japan. Worst decision I made in that run because I took it too early. I had none of the Chinese cultures accepted and only some provinces in the north. I've also never played a horde before believe it or not 😮 This is the perfect series for me chewy because you can show me how it's done 😊
Yeah that's the shame with things like the Dutch event. Some mods (and game devs) kind of take the view that history happened in X way so it's inevitable that X will happen no matter what. Very frustrating in the games where the conditions for the event just might not exist at all. Not quite as common in EU4 as it is in say, Victoria 2 which is really heavy handed with it.

Whats the claim in the screen of khan of khans? Legitimacy makes sense but claim doesn't if you already are the khan of khans, or has a history background behind? I am curious
I just watched the video and I feel that it’s pretty self evident what it is, as it shows the claim of Barut and the legitimacy of Ashig, the current Ilk khan
