Yes the food is good! However, you only get good service when you order expensive items. Once the serve realizes your order doesn't have abolone or king crab, you don't get to see them anymore!
I went crabbing at Belcarra the other day, what an awful experience. I had to tell so many Asian folks to throw undersized or female crabs back… it was truly disheartening. I phoned up the DFO and they said “they think they can come here and follow the rules from their own country”. Truly DISGUSTING activities from the Asian community whilst crabbing at Belcarra. I understand a good amount of the Asian community follow the rules but for the ones that don’t… SHAME ON YOU! I’m gonna start checking your traps and buckets and throwing your crabs back for you… and if there’s any issues we can take it further.
