Please explain how it actually works. Does it use a refrigerant which is compressed to form a liquid which then is allowed to expand into a gas, absorbing heat as is does so?
A really helpful video, many thanks. “Check that the end of the spigot has been cut off during installation”. That was it! I can’t believe our installers missed this, but they did!
Just run the machine care cycle? The app sugests doing this. I cannot find any place to start this cycle? I have found Bosh help fairly useless. It just says to do it, but does NOT explain how to do it. I seems the authors of the help were much to familiar with the product.

I was on this step and was lost to where the option was on the machine for this. The manual says that the machine care wash function can only be started via the home care app through WiFi (remote start)
The video is clear - thanks for that. The information on the tub and on your website is not clear about whether to tip the descaler into the drum or into the powder drawer. A quote from the website: "Open the detergent drawer and pour the entire contents of the Quick Descaler into the drum." Clear as mud.

URG, got to do this again. Last time I found a chicken bone blocking the impeller. Hoping it makes my dishwasher work again today. I don’t want to handwash!
Hi Anton, Thank you for your comment, the basic dose is the dose you would prefer, and is advised by your detergent bottle when using manual dosage. I hope this helps. Thank you - EJ
I'm glad I found this video! I followed the instructions that came with my Bosch 300 series dishwasher FOUR times with no success; the phone app kept failing to find my dishwasher. Then I watched this video and the KEY item was to hold the remote start button for four seconds. I assume this is necessary to turn on the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth otherwise there is no communication. Why didn't the instructions that came with machine say this? Come on, Bosch! Get your instructions right!
I have had my Bosch frost free fridge freezer for three years. The fridge temperature was slowly increasing, eventually to 8/9 degrees. I am told it may need defrosting, how can this be?
Hello , my perfectdry dishwasher gives me a red light always and I can't press power button or start button or any buttons in the bar , what's the problem?
Hello, thank you for getting in touch, and we're sorry to hear this. Without information regarding the machine, we cannot confirm the exact reasoning, however I'd advise holding the button that has 'reset' underneath (Either start or power depending on the machine), for 3-5 seconds. This should reset the machine, so you can adjust the machine. - Thanks Brett
Waar blijft het vuil dat aan de vloer plakte? Ik zie geen vuilwatertank. Dus het vuil komt op de pads. Die zijn dan in mum van tijd vol met vuil en dan ben je het vuil over de vloer aan het rondsmeren. Dit gaat dus niet werken.
