I was in New York last week on holiday and went to the 9/11 memorial and saw her name. A flower and a small picture of her was attached to her name. It was hard looking at the picture. I didn’t know her but she seemed like a nice person with a happy life in that picture when it was taken. When looking at it, it got to me so much it felt like looking at a ghost. I nearly cried. I don’t know her but I touched her name with my hand and closed my eyes.

Throughout the entire call, the both of them had been very tranquil together just a few minutes before the heroic passengers and crew stormed into the cockpit to fight back the terrorists from hijacking the aircraft. Elizabeth’s final words were, “Mom, everybody is getting ready to break into the cockpit. I have to go. I love you. Goodbye.” God rest her soul…💔😭🙏😔
