I've only just started to complete your walking workouts in the past month or so... I have arthritis in my hips and knees and a crumbling disc in my lower spine. I've changed my diet and started walking at home until I could join in the steps with you. I've lost 5 1/2 stones since October '23 & I feel so much better and look forward to working out with you every day... thanks Rick! 😊
found your channel today for standing abbs because I felt too lazy to do a floor abbs exercise and that led me to this video after...very much liked being able to get steps in the air conditioning of my house... its currently 110 outside and my step goals have been suffering
I just found this and I love it - I let myself go after a divorce and now I weigh 25kg too much, which is really embarassing when I think about how fit I was just 3 years ago. This is easy to follow, not too tough on a body like mine and it's not patronising or too happy-clappy like a lot of other videos I've seen. Thanks for just giving me a better start in my days x
