Awesome video, but man do I wish I never bought a Nissan. 2013 Maxima, transmission was replaced 20k miles ago. Seems like its failed! It starts to not want to go up in rpms when it gets hot after 20 minutes of driving. Got the stepper motor code and pressure control solenoid stuck. I put a whole new valve body in. Still works fine for about 20 minutes but RPMS start to lag when giving it gas and will shudder when guving it gas from stop. Cant drive far. Also a metal scraping noise when driving. No codes anymore though. If you have any idea what it could be, I sincerely appreciate any input. I just dont get why it works when cold but not after it gets hot after 20 minutes.
great job, i have a question ,can i use a automatic gearbox instead of manual gearbox in a similar gokart which i am making almost compliant . will it work ? any suggestion from any body is welcome
What kind of transmission are you using? Im building a 1973 opel gt. I bought a yamaha rx-1 998cc genesis 4 cylinder motor. I plan to upgrade it to efi from a apex and i want to buy a turbo or supercharger kit for added power. I am having lots of issue with the transmission. If i use the dual clutch cvt, ill need to find a chain case with reverse. Rhe other iption is to find a amall transmission like what you have in the video with a reverse. The orher iption is to find someone rhat can make me an adapter plate to connect the snowmobile motor to the opel gt 4 speed rwd transmission. Its very heavy compared to a motorcycle, utv, or atv transmission. Im trying to save as much weight as possible while able to take 200 hp 130 ft/lbs torque. Thanks, Shiva
A pair from Amazon 33 bucks, much beefier. Get it in 2 days. I guess that rig worked but 3/8 mild steel rod and 1/8 inch hooks is dicey. I'd use 1/4 inch steel instead for the hooks if I had to homespun it and make 2 of them, preferably 3. Old thread I know.
Plss don't mix harpic with bleach power for cleaning because when they both are mixed together it releases chlorine gas which is very toxic and can cause severe lungs damage I had suffered from inhaling this poisonous gas so be careful dont try this at home
hey man i have that model too but i’m havin the start up issue 😓 it is really hard to start i just change a new carb and new spark plug but it still won’t start.. help me
You have done a great service for other builders. I don't believe anyone else has ever covered this information. Also an exploding chain can cause great damage to equipment and humans. Good job.
@@arafatmotogarage 12V, do have CCA, if it's lower CCA than it won't be able to turn massive flywheel of XV750, Even the original battery Yuasa YBL16 AL-A2 (16AH) had 200 CCA and still not good enough. It must have 220+ CCA. So I was just checking what best battery available for my XV750. OR one can always use battery from Harley street 750. More amps more CCA.
