Hello po, paano po kung walang accounts receivables, puro po cash payments on the spot? Skip nalang po bang fill-upan ang sales journal? Or pwede lagyan pa din pero specify nalang as credit sya. Also, bale double entry na ng info sa cash receipts but i-specify ko nalang sya as debit? Nasulatan ko na kasi Sales Journal ko with all on-the-spot cash payments. Any suggestion po?

I thought that the 2 accounts SP pref and SP ord should be separate from the share capital account , why are those 2 accounts still included in the calculation of total share capital?
